Hi there lovely reader!
My name is Margot. I’m a 20 year old college student. I’m currently in my third – and last – year of my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Next year I hope to start a Master’s degree in Political Sciences. I study, and live, in the beautiful city of Ghent, Belgium.
My mother tongue is Dutch, however I hardly ever read Dutch books. I prefer reading books in English, and that’s why my blog is in English. I also speak French, but I’m not fluent. And this is me:
Quite obviously I am also a big booknerd. I love to read a little bit of everything, but I do have a couple of favourite genres. Those favourites are fantasy, hard hitting contemporary, adult romance and feminist fiction.
The books that started my love for reading were Harry Potter and The Hunger Games. I’ve reread most of those series multiple times, even though I’m not that much of a rereader. Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart and I’ll always love that series. Nevertheless, when you as me about my favourite series, I’m more likely to answer with The Arc of a Scythe series and the Three Dark Crowns series. My favourite standalones are The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder.
